Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days once you have placed your order and for local delivery, you can expect the courier to deliver within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
What are your delivery options?
Local Delivery
All orders are shipped from Singapore. For orders above SGD 60, delivery is complimentary. For orders below SGD 60, delivery is SGD 4.
International Delivery
For orders above SGD 200, international delivery is complimentary. For orders below SGD 200, please see below table for delivery fees.
Do note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that vary by country and value of the order, which the receiver/customer is liable to pay upon receiving.

Returns/Refund Policy
I ordered the wrong model or changed my mind, can I request for an exchange or refund?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds. Exchanges are only accepted if your item was faulty when received. The replacement item will still be of the same model/design.
I received a defective or incorrect item, what should I do?
We apologize if you have received a defective or incorrect item.
Kindly email us at hello@covrground.com with clear pictures of the item within 7 days of receiving the item and we will reply within 1-2 working days.
Do note that all exchanges/refunds will only be accepted for items in its original packaging and condition.
Once we have deemed the item as defective/incorrect, we will dispatch the replacement item within 1-2 working days.
In the event where the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will allow a change in design or refund in store credits.
